Another horror story: I was working the front desk and this guy needed to renew his membership. We had a deal with a specific company that if you were an employee, you paid only 100 dollars for the entire year and then you brought your receipt to your boss and would get a full refund on your next check, so it was basically a free gym membership. I mentioned this to the guy, because it said on his account he was an employee of that company. Mild other back story, he had just come inside from going out to his car with his buddies, and was clearly stoned out of his mind, so this whole process of explaining took about 20 minutes when it should have taken 2. So he agreed to do that deal because it was a better deal than what he was currently paying, and we get it all set up and done, transaction finishes and I give him the receipt. Then he gets upset with me, and is like how am I supposed to get my refund if I dont actually work there! And I had to calmly explain Sir, its not my fault you lied to me. I cant cancel your transaction, and my boss would definitely just cancel your account entirely if you tried to complain to him about this, so you might as well just take your discount and go on with your life and he starts calling me names saying hes gonna talk to my manager because I lied to him, till this nice older black dude comes up and tells him he needs to chill out, and if he hadnt lied he wouldnt be in this position, but he is still paying less than he was with the other deal anyways so he might as well just shut his mouth and move on

Those were all way more than I was expecting. I know a woman who had something kind of like the first one happen to her. Her bff since high school caught an STI. She went with her to PP and supported her while she got it treated like a true friend. Shortly afterward she starts having symptoms herself. Confronts her boyfriend and he confesses hes been sleeping with the bff and hes madly in love with her. She cuts off contact with both of them, but not long after the ex keeps trying to get her back. Apparently the former bff didnt want to date him either. She just had low self esteem and wanted the thrill of stealing somebodys boyfriend.

Sorry but both the other woman and husband are at fault. The married guy knew it was wrong and didn't have to sleep with the other woman (you can say no) or worse, keep it from his wife and that other woman obviously has been sleep around with a bunch of men if she is spreading STD's. Neither are innocent and I would not have put up with such a lame defensive. I felt bad for the gyms that gotten bad reputations due to the actions and attitudes of their clients. That guy shouldn't have fought with the police, that is one of the worst things you could do.

Someone damn near OD'd at my gym; came in high as hell (and not cannabis, checked in normally and went about his business. Sometime later, a member is asking for the manager because 'someone' in the lockers was legit beating his meat and ejaculated on the mirrors. Then ended up in a fetal position under the vanity mirror saying they're after me or something. Long story short, we had to call both paramedics and police to escort him out on a stretcher.
He came in just fine the next day

police officers neeed to stop resorting to guns and maybe they need to ensure they hit the gym themselves and bulk up so they can restrain ppl easier and not shoot them into forced compliance

24 hour fitness Hollywood is where story number 3 takes place. That gym is so gross, the staff is lazy and homeless people would go in at night and sleep in Locker Rooms and Yoga Mats. Not to mention the people who smoke weed and vape all over that gym.

The guy in the red shirt shouldnt be harassed or bullied because of what the cops did. All his gym did was call the popo. The cops should be getting backlash
