I'd love to see a video where Joyce takes her knives to a sharpener, or even tries resharpening them herself (with a stone or that leather strap thing- not sure what it's called, I ended up going with a stone. Her knives would likely work so much better after(and it's more zero waste than buying new knives!

Going zero-waste seems like a very healthy option. When you consider how much packaged food has preservatives, sugar up the wazoo, etcetera it only makes sense that zero-waste is the healthiest way to go. Now we just need to make living zero-waste more affordable (food wise.

I dont know if anyone has ever thought of this buuuut! We could always reuse the rubberbands that come on food as hair ties so it takes care of two issues.
