I have a tattoo from a really good and pricey artist, but there are definitely raised bits. I think it's sometimes a normal part of the healing process. (I like it tho)

4: 30 Skin with melanin is more likely to have raised scar tissue which is probably one reason why they can feel it. the artist shouldnt have worked so deep in the skin

You cannot just walk into a shop and expect an amazing drawing of multiple portraits (human or animal) like what? You need to send that in advance.

I would feel bad for the artist if I hate the tattoo they drew, but I'd still say it because it'll be on my body for the rest of my life.
