In all honesty if you only have 25 minutes or less, you should focus that effort into high intensity cardio like sprinting or running at a fast pace for as long as you can. Building legitimate muscle demands baseline of sacrificing 45 minutes of your day at the very least and making the most of those 45 minutes with volume, heavy, and reps. It needs to be a lifestyle, not a shortcut.

I am a little bit confused About the 55 minut workout
Im surpose to do set1 3 times in a row, and then set2 3 times in a row.
Or am I surpose to do set1 once then set 2 once and then repeat all the sets 3 times?

I was looking for any additional recommendations to include on the workouts but 90 percent of the comments are thirst comments. Lol.
