I feel like this is the best episode because of the owners charisma, (especially BigMista) and they all brought something to the table. BigMista: funny as hell and relatable guy, Rory Herrmann: overall love and devotion (shown with the 6 hour smoke and rest) Daniel Weinstock and Mike Garrett: Love for meat and cooking and wanted to bring a special taste to the table. (shown with their unique peach wood)

I think that its sacrilege to have expensive bbq. I think at its core bbq is two things. Cheap and Flavourful thats as simple as it is.
