I think it's really interesting how both of the expensive options had western ingredients, or imported ingredients. It really goes to show that food in western countries (mostly US) really gets marked up. A simple, delicious bowl or ramen made from simple, quality ingredients was 3! That looked so good, and here that would be at least 10-20. At least 3 times the price! Everyone working there looked happy, everything looked freshly made, and the owner originally started working there as a part time job to get a motorcycle and he liked it so much he just stayed! And he ended up getting his motorcycle! That's amazing, honestly.

Truth be told, I'm quite proud of my house blend. To attain my flavor and fragrance, I use five different types of coffee beans. I use all that I know to bring out the best of their natural flavours in this unique house blend. Of course, I'm also picky about where they were grown. Each year, I go on a trip to purchase them in person.
