3: 46 specially you, could you teach people about your culture without whinning at every chance you get? Im a minority as well, yet i dont get why specially americans feel the need to play the victim card as often as they can and claim issues of centuries in the past to be their own. They took away from my people, thats true and tragic but we gotta move on, trying to in a way make current white people feel bad for what they didnt do is ridiculous imo.

November is Indigenous People s month. In the US. It was strategically in November for a reason can you guess why! It s really frustrating being Native and the majority even our government overlooks us and we are the original inhabitants of this continent. There is so many negative stereotypes, if you re curious please make sure you re consuming information from Indigenous people about Indigenous people!

My grandma Norwood was 100 percent Cherokee Native American. Her mother and grandmother were on the trail of tears which I believe is one of the biggest crimes against the Cherokee Native American people ever committed! She was born on the Broken Bow Reservation in Oklahoma. Because I am her proud granddaughter I will never forget or forgive what America did to the all our Native American friends!

i live in the uk and they teach us nothing about native american culture and history, the first time i learnt one thing other than watching cowboy movies on tv was when i had a new english teacher who was from canada, she taught us about the residential schools: im grateful that she opened a door for me to do extensive research about it and get educated.

Septum did not educate me in the slightest. All she did was tell me what I'm told by anyone from anywhere. The pain. The suffering. The horror! We are mistreated: ( Hate that the editors gave her the most screen time and she did nothing with it.

Indians like to be called Indians. Stop bring this SJW crap. That is why they call it the Bureau of Indian Affairs, not Bureau of Native American Affairs. This is why they call it an Indian Reservation. Even the guy used this phrase in the video and then the editors cut him off when he is answering the question. Very disrespectful.

I love the Native American people. They have a rich history and are incredibly strong to be able to live on this continent just living off the land back then.
If anyone is interested The Book of Mormon talks about how the Natives came to be on this continent. It is a fascinating history of their people.

It's a horrible shame that the history of our country is so mysterious. We should know the culture and history of our lands. Native american stories should be part of our nation's history but we erased that so thoroughly. I value our native brothers and sisters and always want to hear more from them
