Dr. Alex from occhiropractor reveals the science on why certain people snap, crackle and pop more than others. NasaGirl007: I love my chiropractor. I used to have so much back pain and sleeping problems until i gave in and found a wonderful dr. I had 4 months of intensive therapy (not cheap) but i live my life without pain and i prefer my dr over a massage any day.

They are literally just popping air bubbles from joints. It doesn t do anything, there s no science behind this. It s a pseudo-practice. Don t waste your money people, go and get physiotherapy or do yoga/regular mobility exercises if you have muscular or tendon pain. Or go to pain therapy if you have pain caused by nerve damage. It has literally nothing to do with your bones.
(P. S, this is coming from someone who s had multiple spine surgeries and recovery periods in my life)

Any time I hear people's joints cracking I have the compulsion to do it myself so I can have the same satisfaction. It's so Weird but so incredibly satisfying.

Am I the only one who feels creeped out and more tense just by hearing the cracking sound? >. <
Maybe it's because I'm not crunchy at all

That made me crack few of my bones. Thats the most satisfying thing after a good workout. Wish i had this guy as my physician.
