You missed one. This doesn-t have to do with 0. 25x speed anyway. When Tony says, -If your nothing without the suit, then you shouldn-t have it. - It is a direst call back to Spider-Man 3 when Peter (Toby) fights Harry (James) without Spidey-s suit. That means he is still a crime fighter without the suit.

Another thing that I thought of is when he was talking about how culture in nothing without the suit, it goes back to when tony said to Peter, if you-re nothing without the suit then you shouldn-t have it. Vultures suit blew up, meaning, he was nothing without it so he couldn-t have it because it blew up.

That's more a failure on their end.
You can tell how heavy something is when you pick it up. If this was actually a thing, he would crush people daily when they hug him, especially while both are full of emotion. You know, the stuff that makes you lose control.

When Peter went to check the lair, he was carrying his backpack (beige) but ditches it at the Washington monument where he runs into MJ which would have recognized his backpack. At the end of the movie, Peter was carrying a new backpack (black) meaning he lost the beige one as well

The suitcase thing: Happy doesn't have (let's call it -super strenght-) like Peter. Peter is stronger then any human being, he literally lifted a ceiling that fell on him. So no, he shouldn't have any problems with the suitcase.
