I think the babies are doing the manipulations like the butterflies. There are a couple other times that Wanda questions something happening and mentioning that it wasn't here. I think Billy and Tommy are doing these things from within the womb.

There's something I noticed. idk if I'm right but the point you mentioned at 1: 40 that the hexagons make an X. it seems to me that it also sort of takes the shape of Wanda's classic headpiece. idk. just what I felt I saw.

I don't think Geraldine was lying I'm sure she was under Wanda's control the whole time until Wanda got too careless and Geraldine started to remember she is Monica and everything is a lie.

I took a detail from ep 3 where you can see when vision was holding the kids, their hand's edges was surrounded by some red matter exactly like wanda. So are they a projection of her?

There was something that I noticed about one of Wanda-s child. When Tommy or Billy was in the crib there was birth mark on his forehead that was kinda shaped like visions stone.
