I could also add that indeed, his whole demeanor changes after drinking the water of life and unlocking all his potential, he's much more aggressive and resort much more to fear than respect in his interactions with others (when he addresses the whole Fremen army, and especially the skeptical man, which he lists all this thoughts in front of everyone, to instill fear as much as adoration; the way he SILENCE'd the Mother reverent; and the way he belittled the Emperor himself, dangling the threat of unveiling the Emperor treason of House Atreides to all the other great houses. You can tell he's already becoming a manipulative tyrant at that point.

Probably the best experience I have had in a cinema in my entire life, wonderful in special effects, direction, music, production design, sound design, a very good lore, script, one of the best presentations of a villain in recent times years, all the characters have very good performances, great writing for the Protagonist, and Greig Fraser achieves the best cinematography I have ever seen in my life
Great video Mr. Lad, I hope that in the future you make more videos of other Science Fiction movies with great audiovisual quality such as Blade Runner, Star Wars or Avatar, I think it would be very interesting

A beautiful detail is one particular shot durring the colosseum scene when the bene gesserit walk from the interior to the balcony. While being inside they are collorful but that changes as they go outside. I reffer to one specific tracking shot here which was probably made by shooting it with two cameras: one infrared and one with color. I noticed this on the second viewing.

Watching both movies and reading the book was an eye-opening experience. Dune continues to fascinate me with the topics it explores and the depth of the world. This video’s hidden details helped me to enjoy Dune: Part Two even more. Hoping you’ll make more videos on Dune!

A detail very few people are talking about is that: setting up paul as messiah (a very Bene Gesserit move btw) was something that Leto himself asks Jessica in part1. Not in exact words but he says something along the lines of I'm not asking the mother, I'm asking the Bene Gesserit (about keeping Paul protected.

My fav detail is in the first film Paul sees a vision where fremens and sardaukars are fighting below and especially one fremen warrior whose mask retracts and reveals that it was Paul. But in part two during the attack on emperor, one fremen warrior does exactly the same moves as in the vision but it is Chani

The different future flash forwards could be the futures he did not like or choose, since he did not have control of what he sees yet. Also everything from the attack that forced the south escape felt like a speedrun to me, i'll be very disappointed if a director's cut with 1h duration does not come out.

I think i also saw a hidden detail about the narrow path. When Paul goes to the temple to tell everyone he is the one they all have been waiting for, he walked through a huge crowd which could show all the enemies he will need to face but if he stays on the right path, he can go through.

Paul isn't able to see the future, the spice allows him to see what will possibly happen because the capabilities of his mind are incredibly increased, so I wouldn't consider any difference a continuity error, I would say it was a slight miscalculation Paul did.

I think its not continuity error, the two war is different. The first one is the fremen vs harkonnen soldier. the second one uses the new flag with the black background is the holy war yet to come.

Dune team has upgraded the Hollywood level. Action, Story, Sets, Costumes all top of the class, feels like ultra-premium Hollywood movie.
