In the Fable games you could choose Good or Evil moral choices and Pure or Corrupting food (corrupting food tends to be the fattier, alcoholic or meat based food and drink). Your choices affect you appearance and I tend to wind up running around with a trim waistline and depending on the game well.....I was weirded out in the first Fable when I realized those ghostly things above my head were butterflies and a halo!
On a side note some foods could affect your good or evil alignment the most notable at least to me were the -crunchy chicks- as far as I could tell live chicks that you could eat, Blech! and tofu which would increase your level of goodness in most cases.

My favorite for this concept is Skyrim, because I played as myself for a majority of first time completion, I wanted to experience the world like if I was there responding to situations, though moral choices aren't very tense often in Skyrim. Now, I've already seen how I'd handle almost everything so I've only been making characters to role play into, I'll make a healer and only use restoration magic despite the inconvenience just to see how I could get by like that, or a heavy armor two handed warrior because I never liked having that much weight so I could get more reward in my pocket, but what if I didn't?

I kinda feel as though this isnt meant to be a video as its meant as a question to people playing a game, its based on person, personality, personal values, morales and desires. While those with higher value in doing the right thing will often suffer but in the end gain much more, the opposite happens to well end up unsatisfied and wanting more of the same to once more desire more of the same not understanding that they're only creating an endless cycle of dissatisfaction.

For me it depends on a couple of things, 1 my personality like rather or not I choose to play as a sneaky character or a tanky character, either one of these 2 on being a tormented soul with some good in my character, or 2 play my character as close as I can to my personality, with some grey area play through.

I just hate how u have to do certain things to get the good ending. Oh you answered this 1 ? wrong back in chapter 1. You get the bad ending. I wish they would make it on how u answered like 6 out of 10 answers will dictate the ending. Not you need all 10 to be a certain answer to get this ending.

to answer the question at the end I think I prefer to try something that I wouldn't do IRL because I like to see different scenarios in my own life because real life often feels boring. (although I do often take the violent route because I like fighting in games, meanwhile i hate conflict in real life)

When it comes to story driven games I live myself into a Character... Like in GTA I love the idea of Franklin working himself out of the slums into a decent house and nice cars...
But yet again I also like to load a trainer and just blow shit up like we used to do in the good old GTA SA days

it sure does for example in metro exodus if you often chose the non lethal way to move along you get the happy ending and if you be wild during the game you would die in the ending of the story, didn't really know it could have different endings even luckily i git the good one.

I definitely think that your personality affects your character. That's why I absolutely love the Fable series. There are a lot of moral choices in those games. And I also love rpg's because I can portray the things I like into the character.
