10 most disappointing big games of the last 10 years
video description
At this point, I-m not entirely sure what I-d want out of another installment. To me, Fable is not defined so much by its gameplay as it is by its humor and somewhat generic Western RPG Aesthetic. If anything, visually I-d like to see the series lean into the whole Arthur Rackham/N.C Wyeth fairytale aesthetic kinda like what we saw in the cinematic opening of Fable 3 and trailer for Fable Legends. As far as gameplay goes, I-d like to see something that plays much more like Dragon-s Dogma mechanically with an expanded bestiary of creatures based on Medieval British mythology.
I know this might upset other fans of Fable, but that-s just what I-d like to do with the series if I could direct the next installment.

I had the benefit of not watching or having access to gaming news growing up. So when I found games it was purely off of box art. But man the sense of discovery I realize now is long lost. I know all about a game now before I even own it. I know what to expect what kind of gameplay there is ECT. Much of the fun in the past was finding a game and just discovering what it was all about as the game went on. Never really knowing where it'll take you next cause it could go anywhere. Good times. All that is to say if you played fable back then without knowing any backstory, it was a damn good game with systems never seen in any other game at the time.

I will admit, I played Mass Effect Andromeda way after it got patched and got its PS4Pro upgrade. No, I didn't see any of the hype for it. Yes, I got it for free (a friend from work gave me his retail copy), and no, I didn't ever play any of the other Mass Effect games. But Andromeda (as I played it) wasn't that bad. I had fun, I played as a girl, I did... things... with the blue squid-headed alien girl with the pointy teef, and I had a pretty good time doing it.

Well for me most will be cod, and battlefield. It-s not like it was new or hard. No lack of money.
But these are just so disappointing that I haven-t got a new one in years. Like most ea games are just blah. The free ufc4 on ps plus is just bad. The Jui jitsu is poor just poor. I have 6 years of practicing and some competitions. So I-m no expert but I have a lot of mat time. any way eh.

With watchdogs it was a similar issue to what happened with Unity the game was trying to do too much which lead to game breaking bugs like the faceless people in AC Unity because it released with a uncapped frame rate which they patched with an early update which stabilised things however if you play Unity on disc on a PS5 without updating it-s still uncapped and can hit 100fps

Correct me if im wrong but back in the PS3/Xbox360 eras games were really good no headaches, no disappointments. But once we entered the PS4/Xbox one era the games were trash i wanna say 80% of them needed more work and better stories, like we had a very rare selection of good games. Hopefully with the new gen consoles things are different better games and stories-.

After having the time to progress through mass effect andromeda, I have come to really enjoy it. Its definitely rough in the early stages but if you manage to get past that its not bad at all. Certainly not the best in the series, but overall not a bad game at all and i think its worth the time

The 76 hate is puzzling to me and him saying -it-s not there- in regards to it feeling like fallout is so absurd it-s almost funny it seems clownish and unprofessional like he-s reading a script and didn-t develop his own opinion. 10 out of 10 he didn-t play the game

ive said once, and I'll say it again. Anthem COULD have been the game of the year. but, it felt like playing a beta before they added all the gameplay. I like playing it for the first 5 hours. afterwards, it was just the same thing over and over again.

Fallut 76 just has no story. I started playing, I gave it a chance. I played like 5 hours into the game, and there is just nothing tying all the quests in the game together. It felt like a randomly stitched narrative.
