i have sleep paralysis and it usually happens before falling completely asleep, like my body is already asleep but my brain is still active.
usually i would watch YT videos until im really tired then i go to bed. but it would meant that by the time i fall asleep, it's almost 4-5am already. I'm always jealous of those who can fall asleep quickly
last night, i had to wake up early the next day, so i forced myself to sleep early. but then IT happened. i was terrified.
pull on the first bedtime story i found (just so happened it's this one) and i focused on the words until i slept.
thank you so much. insomnia sleep paralysis is not a fun combination. your story helped me a lot. even though half the time i dont remember what the story is about
