Thank you so much! I might have time for the survey but if I am too late, the one thing I would like is more of a story rather than describing a situation as beautiful as they are written, it can be without suspense and therefore not wake up the thinking mind but still have a simple narrative e. g the beginning of the book the alchemist by Paulo Coelho for example! I hope you don’t think I was being critical because I wasn’t but since you asked for feedback! Thank you so much for your beautiful work which I am a fan of!

This is another one of my favorites. I love the music selection, and the extra length is much appreciated. I am wakeful and love this alternative to medication. It gives me an immediate focus and motivates me to go right back to sleep instead of starting another story, grabbing a book, giving up and getting up, or trying to go back to sleep with my mind run in worthless circles. Thank you for this gift. It means better quality of life to me
