I had no idea the history of deck chairs could be so enthralling! I used many a lounge chair at the beach back in the day, in the 80’s. Those were the days, blasting our stereo with 4ft tall speakers into the entire private-ish beach in our backyards. Making the best damn pina coladas (tyvm) for our entire block while everyone experimented with multi-colored zinc oxide for that trendy war-paint look

I have to say I’ve developed a Pavlovian response to Thomas’s welcome to get sleepy where we listen we relax and we get sleepy I instantly yawn my brain already knows it’s bedtime. Thank you so much for helping me sleep, I don’t suffer from severe insomnia anymore

I’ve listened to this every day since it’s been out. I get through the first 2 or 3 minute of the actual story and I’m out! I just want to learn about the chairs lol you all do an amazing job! Thank you everything!
