I love listening to The Cozy Bakery, but I no longer eat baked goods made with sugar and refined flours. I’d love to hear about Lily making new friends when she discovers there is a whole group of neighbors; diabetic, gluten intolerant and keto who don’t visit her bakery because they can’t eat her sugary/carb laden treats. She could experiment with some new recipes for them using almond or lupin flour, stevia and allulose sweeteners and sugar free chocolate chips (Lily’s. Of course, butter must still be included. Just a thought.

I've been checking for another one of these every night. They provide the most comfort to me personally, and since my dad passed 2 months ago all I really listen to is rainy day bakery and a couple sleep meditations.
