Don't forget to craft equipment and the such. With the resources you have you could get a new gun and ammo, a couple o shives and if your willing you can scrap that food and make real nice food stuffs.

Interesting physics, prevents player being superhuman, but it might be frustating for people whom are more athletic that game character.
