Runners are still partially conscious (when they haven't detected you yet, you can see them struggling against the cordyceps) so she was experiencing every bit of pain. And also the humiliation of being finished off with a glass bottle lol

I love at around 16: 00 where it suddenly cuts and then you take a few steps forward and theres a tripwire there. How much do you wanna bet you ran straight into that but cut that bit out; )
