Frankly, it doesn't surprise me that Ryuzo betrayed Jin.
Ryuzo would hold a grudge on Jin because of the duel, then after Ryuzo repeatedly stated that his men are starving, Jin undermined his leadership, made them storm forts on an empty stomach, with only a map to return with and then he was like -I have done my part-, meanwhile, when captured by the enemy they showed kindness and forgiveness, opposed to Jin's selfishness.
Ryuzo was basically a bomb, and Jin didn't care to defuse it

It's an amazing small detail, in the development. How during the fight with Ryuzo, you step all over the candle lanterns, and as you fight and step over them agressively, they -break- causing the candle to sink into the water and spark off. It's a small detail that could've used improvement but was an amazing touch of atmospheric storytelling.

U should really focus on more side quests and myth quests they will help u unlock new stances, increase health and resolve and advance ur legend in game, as well as get new gear plus advancing the story too quickly feels ur missing out on alot of things

That fight with ryuzo was really escalated with the samurai armor equipped. A man born in royalty and given the samurai title at birthright, against a man willing to prove his use and gain the disires of him and his men.
