Idk why but I love how for most of the beginning of the game, Shang Tsung is just this decrepit old man trying to cause as many fights as possible. The way Scorpion gets shoved by Cyrax and he just comes out of nowhere like -a ChAlLeNgE- like dude, chill. He's that mf in the group that's always trying to cause damage then sit back and watch.

i think i like cage the most in this game. hes cocky yet funny and likable. MK 1 just turned him into an annoying cringeworthy Marvel humor character
and mk 1s graphics may be extremely good and they did right by fleshing out baraka and reptile etc. more but the dialogue is nowhere as punchy and angsty as it is in this game.

I had to see the Armageddon scene in the beginning. After seeing MK1-s ending, I-m trying to figure out how a certain lord not only managed to be seen walking down a pyramid said to be destroyed in its native timeline after a certain someone dies, but that he-s also a Titan existing in a timeline that shouldn-t be standing anymore.

MY EYES! I'm playing MKX story for the first time (played X and 11 just messing around with the characters since there) but was confused by the story so far and didn't know it connected to 9. GOD, the graphics are terrible in this! You can tell it's old lol

I think we can all agree the way the females are dressed are questionable but accepted for scientific purposes-. Sheeva especially - kitana, jade, mileena same oufit but look good in this one-

This is still my favorite story mode of them all. I really didn't like MKX. MK11 was ok. MK1 started off great but I fell apart towards the end.
