Everyone starts going up the pyramid. Meanwhile, way in the back, Mokap is watching everything and gets a thought.
He walks around the pyramid and sees another staircase in the back, no one else there. So, he just shrugs and starts walking up.
So while everyone is fighting and killing each other in the front, Mokap would be casually walking up the back way, probably whistling -Blow the Man Down- along the way, and getting to the top first.

The epic endgame before endgame was a thing. Back then when i saw it for the first time, there was something disturbingly dark and unsettling about this intro, even for an MK game. This is still one of my favorite game intros of all time. Also, incredible character roster.

Back when MK had amazing fights and all the characters together like this, along side awesome story and them in their cinematic speaking not only English but some other languages too.

What-s so dope to think about is we may actually get this sooner than later. Armageddon is still going to happen despite what raiden did to stop it because it-s something that in inevidable.
It may be MK13 or 14 tho but it-s definitely coming.

ahh this intro brings so many memories, I remember it was so epic during its time that some relatives of mine who were against us playing violent game paused in the middle of their lecturing when it began and watched till the end

I have always wished for NRS to up their animation skills, and they have always fell short in favor of graphical upgrades. This intro would have been way cooler if the characters moved with more fluidity or style.
