-It would have made no sense in this situation since they needed to escape quickly and the hive is already going to blow up
-Having the queen as the main antagonist is overdone, and I think Xenomorph Seven at Pala Station would be a much more interesting final boss
-Chase sequences are cool
-Even if the hive wasn't going to be destroyed anyway, killing the queen isn't as helpful as you'd think. Even some termites can create replacement queens, and xenomorphs are the perfect organism so it's dumb to expect them to just give up and die off without a queen.

The ending is SO BAD. You can't actually fight the queen (or even be killed by her really, and there is not cutscene at all. The mission just ends and you go back to the hub where all the NPCs act like you're still in the middle of the campaign. Literally nothing changes. It has no impact and no meaning. Also, the campaign is ridiculously short and I felt incredibly betrayed by the devs. They promised new seasonal content, but there hasn't been anything other than. new weapons? Like, what am I gonna do with this new weapon? Play the same missions I already did? Why?

Massive let down at the end. You see the work loader being serviced and think you'll have a final showdown back at the base with the Alien Queen at the end. Nope! You just endlessly keep shooting mini aliens and come back to base to hear some drivel about how well you've done. Definetly not worth completing this one. Makes me wonder if the developers couldn't be bothered with a proper ending.

You know I like the player running from the Queen while killing other Xenomorphs. We don-t have any big mechs to fight the Queen or any super weapons, we just have normal guns. We are just a normal soldier. It would make no sense to fight the Queen and beat her with some normal weapons. This way of doing it makes sense and makes the Queen more scary in my opinion

The game is good we enjoyed it so much left us wanting more.
We got disappointed no grenade launcher on the pulse rifle a big miss and the queen had no health bar so it was never a boss fight or showdown. Plus one cut scenes would have been nice to improve the story

My favorite game out of this franchise is avp where you could play as all (predator, alien, and marine) the campaigns told a story and the action was amazing! Bring that shit back hell if they remastered it I-m sure it would be a phenomenal game tbh.

Weak game I say, played it and I have to say it-s lackluster, just me but I was hoping for more. Seeing the queen was cool but not being able to go up against her was just lame I-d give the game a 5/10. Meh rating

Tried unloading every round I had in my smartgun, rifle & microrockets on the Queen Alien from the last door next to the elevator (had like 30 seconds to do it. Did not see any damage being registered at all.

Loved the game but terrible ending. very anticlimactic. I came here to see if I some how skipped a cutscene or even the credits. but nope. The ending is no different from passing act1 mission1

Eh, the game seems okay but there wasn-t a lot of tension or variety. You pretty much saw every enemy in the game 5 minutes in.
