I really wanted to like this game but seems like a waste of money now. I mean no check points between completing objectives, too strong regular enemies (are they trying to be souls like, and all that would have been fine if not for terribly sluggish controls and lack of block option. yeah guy carrying a chainsaw can-t use it to block certain attacks. marvellous thinking there. And what-s the point of lighting fires/light when it doesn-t do anything against the enemy, it works quells the fear gauge which seems like a useless feature. Besides I seem to be encountering way too many enemies (strong ones) in simply trying to get to the necklace with only 2 health fillers, second one of which I-ve to fight for. This is designed to stress a person so they thrust the controller away. I don-t recall Ash throwing away his necklace in the movie nor running around the whole area for a shovel that was found in the shed-
Evil Dead deserves a better game. Psx and ps2 games were at least decent.

could anyone help me out about the ps5 joystic?
while I'm playing on analog on the right for move camera doesn't work but when I press L2 and use analog works.
but the weirdest things when I installed evil dead ps4 version the analog for move camera worked normally

I love how as the different deadite demons you can screw around and mess with your victim's mind in typical deadite fashion while as a survivor you have every chance to relive the moments from the shows and movies.

The graphics is so nice. i thought this evid dead same as PS2 evil dead. i mean the story line. This evil dead looks like evil dead + left 4 dead. My opinion evil dead story its more nice from this

It-s been a while since I-ve played any games but I-m curious why the movements look unnatural. The way the character walks just seems very old school? Looks generic

I think they really scored high with this game. The music, weapons, characters, and atmosphere are quite incredible!
