A man is innocent UNTIL proven guilty. It's actually a law.
It's why we have investigations and courts to determine BEYOND a reasonable doubt that a man is guilty.
It's what protects the innocent from a mob mentality as there are fewer things worse than putting an innocent man behind bars for a crime he didn't commit.
Bill Cosby is guilty. He did it. But we needed justification to put him behind bars, and that's the job of the courts.
