GOD OF WAR RAGNAROK ENDING Gameplay Walkthrough Part 19 FULL GAME
video description
And as player -- through Atreus and Kratos eyes -- we see that Odin only wants one thing; the truth / the answer. Not to defy destiny, not to avoid fate, but almost like solely for the pursuit of knowledge.
It is Odin -selfishness- that makes him -villain- in everyones eye, the prime reason of all and every event that culminates in Ragnarok. As the All-Father, it makes him sees fit to exploit everything and everyone in the nine-realms to pursue his obesssion.
Devs convey message that perhaps it is not the evil people who destroy the world. Because the real face of that evil man is just someone who fail to see beyond himself, that ends up destroying everything on his wake.

Thinking about Odin; I still pity and admire him even though he had shown the whole nine realms he had become a mad god. I'm beginning to think I'm like him sometimes, aside madness I desire deep understanding on so many things; how to free people from concentration camps in North Korea, offering a good life for the unemployed and homeless as second chances especially in China from another great famine in future, cease the corruption in North America, increasingly defending the endanger species far from the lands of civil wars and industrialization, know what life's own mystery to discover and to protect with our passion and kindness. I had this feeling to keep on going, sometimes no matter which villain we had liked and understood we intend to live on as them to remember them as heroes within ourselves, to be better and hopeful.

For those wondering about the World Serpent looking different. Loki is the -father- of the serpent as told in the prior God of War but they weren't sure how because it was knocked back in time in its fight with Thor. During this game when he's away from his crew with Angerboda, remember he revives a snake with something she gives him and the snake just slithers off, there was a line later on where Angerboda said -the snake is getting bigger than normal- or something along those lines, and in the end we see the snake he revived ends up becoming the World Serpent fighting Thor, in which kinda makes Loki the father of it for giving it life again. All in all amazing game, game of the decade for me, beautiful story and a hell of a journey, hats off to the team creating this masterpiece.

What a fitting end for Atreus's arc. Whatever will happen next in the series is beyond me. What we do know if Kratos finally has a future that is more than destruction and vengeance. Thank you Santa Monica for GoW Ragnarok.

The part where Mimir says -Stay in control of it brother! - when Kratos hits Spratan Rage while fighting Thor. It is so key. He remembers what happened to Hiemdall and the others. He knows what Kratos can do.

This is a magnificient game and story. Love the attention to details the dev put in, notice how Sindri is all dirty and grimy at the funeral while he was so obsessed with being clean during both games.

-The culmination of love is grief- Man, the wisdom you find in this story is incredible. This is no longer a video game; it is a guide to one's existence.

Brok's funeral nearly made me tear up, but Mimir finally solving Brok's riddle after seeing what a wreck Sindri's become. that opened the floodgates.

Atreus did not attend Brok's funeral? Hmm. But it was a great story. Looking forward to see Kratos ride on the back of Good Boy Fenrir.
