I think Haviks origin could not be more convoluted. He's really Dairou, he's from order realm, and he has almost nothing to do with chaos. He's just a freedom fighter who wants to help people and can mutilate himself.

I love this new timeline. The changes it made to Reptile and Baraka are outstanding. Fire God Liu Kang is already my favorite version of that character. Can't wait to see what future games do in this timeline.

I really enjoy the redemption arcs we get for characters normally in the bad side- Baraka has always been an interesting but evil monster but now hes more- hes had more, he's lost more, hes worth more.
