Lazy Capcom didnt even bother to update environment to include stuff Ada sees.
I replayed main game to see if they updated the details like wooden pole in the garden for her hook shot, or the fact that in 3: 17 there is no ceiling, while it is in the main story.
I was expecting lazines, and they didnt dissapointed.
Dont get me started on the fact that Ada is clean throughout the game, even tho she was thrashed around by bosses, and her sweater is no longer damaged in chapter 2.

I saw the end part with Wesker without context and thought I was a clip for a new story after RE5. That that was a clone Wesker under the tarp that died in RE5, and they we bring Wesker back. But now see where its from I'm thinking they maybe doing a remake for RE5 and I'm down for that. I'm not big on the whole cult, vampire and people driven crazy stuff I did like RE5 and after seeing the remake of RE4 I may have to give it a play through myself.

Something very weird is happening on my copy of Separate Ways on my PS5. The dlc just suddenly vanished. I played it for a bit and when I came back the option for it in my game was not there along with Mercenaries and the bonus contents from when the game first game out. And no matter how many times I reinstall the option to play isn-t there despite the fact I can see the option to continue the story in my main menu of the console.

Leon had to have combed the Mendez house over twice looking for goodies and treasure, but somehow misses the -extravagant clock- and a hidden key just sitting there wide open for the grab. Ada walks up to it and just takes that shit without a second thought. Leon needs to up his pillaging game. Also, Mendez has proven superior jumping abilities, but he-s defeated by a gate only a little taller than he is?

wesker having krauser body which will further turn into some BOW, , island will be stay intact means wesker will make his base there using the same virus but evolved, upcoming re9 will follow re4 story, cause none of the remakes finished like this one, cliffhanger, so i am guessing re9 or re10 will be based on re4,

It's interesting how different the castle level looks in videos depending on the settings. Here, it really appears to be a very early dark morning, almost like night. In other videos, it almost looks like a bright day. I wonder what the developers' intention was for how the level should look. Darker or brighter morning? :D

The one liners here suuuuuuck. Not clever at all. And what the hell is wrong with Wesker-s voice? He-s supposed to have a snotty elitist tone and voice that reflects it. They just made him sound like a deeper version of Krauser. Completely miscast voice. Not a surprise since Ada-s voice actress was equally miscast. Sigh.

The unnecessary spy movie based soundtrack takes out any chilling sensation attributed to a terror game! Bad choice!
At least, they adapted the gender of the sentences addressed to Ada, unlikely the original game, which ganadi always refer to their prey in masculine.

Good dlc. Remake of 4 is better than 2 and 3 combined, but the content cut from the original game made it less interesting. On the other hand, this dlc shows that Ada has a good heart. She just prefers to hide it.

My only complaint about this remake version of Separate Ways is they left out the Krauser encounter. But overall a great gameplay.
