Side note: As an identical twin myself, I have serious doubts about his story here. Given how hard it is to carve out your own identity when you share every single birthday with your twin, are dressed exactly the same as children, are confused with each other ALL the time and have very little things that make you unique in the eyes of others. There's just pretty much zero chance you reach adulthood with any energy left for pulling off twin-based hijinks. Especially not of this magnitude.
My guess is that the stakes involved were very low (if not non-existent) and his brother just wanted to have a little fun for his graduation. Rami's probably just ramping it up for television because he is an actor and actors tend to improvise quite a bit in their storytelling. Seeing as how uncomfortable his brother was, I'm guessing he's the cool one. And for all those wondering, yes, there is always a cool one.

They are fraternal twin which is unidentical, i know someone who is half korean and italian and spanish, the older twin is a girl who looks lile their korean dad god her dads eyes and a little hooded but she have eyelids and her twin brother got their mothers eyes that pops and longer lashes but his sister also got long lashes but his is longer. Like this world is amazing.
