1: 39 What does that mean I hate being bi-polar, it's awesome? 2: 01 No Idea what he's saying? He hates it or he thinks it's 'awesome'? 2: 08 Well ok. But we'd better start with open conversations about English so that we can build a common language of sorts with which to have 'mental health' conversation with. 2: 20 What does that mean complete blackout? I've never heard of that. 2: 48 And being ramped up and swearing means that someone is 'bi-polar'? 2: 49 Lol! So you have highs and low? So what is being ramped up and swearing? A 'high' or a 'low'? Or just a normal ramped up person? I can't figure that one out! 2: 58 Apparently if you only go 'high' and you never go 'low' you're 'unipolar'. And somethin' about only one in a billion are 'unipolar' or something like that. Either that or the system hates people who get ramped up and swear. 3: 19 So in other words they need to be able to be ramped up and swearing without fear. Without having to suppress their expression. So in other words they need to be able to have FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION. 3: 48 To be fair, when Kanye met with DT he said M 50 times and DT didn't bat an eyelid. At least DT is not a snob.

The depression is like falling into a grave in the moon light. Shadowy figures look down at you then walk away. You claw at the earth to dig down deeper and be covered by the clostraphobic earth. Too afraid to move. The only sign of life is your own breath. All this in the comfort of your own bed. The pillow becomes the tomb stone. Days past with a slide into an unclean state. Food stocks dwindle I venture out still unwashed. I cocoon myself with clothes. I avoid peoples gaze hate to speak. I make it back homr

As a person who has friends that suffer from bipolar cyclothymia, bipolar one and bipolar two I gotta tell you man theres a big difference between watching a manic episode play out during a TMZ interview and actually having to wake up to it, go to sleep to it, having to talk somebody off the ledge during a suicide attempt. Sir, please dont even attempt to make certain comparisons.

He does this thing when he explains something that he has processed and continues to process a thought while he's explaining it because his minds goes so fast, that he even uses his body to make an interpretation of the explanation he's giving. I don't think he's bipolar. I think he has Asperger's. Like me, I do exactly the same stuff.

I would like to show some support here too. I have mad respect for him to talk about his BD publicly, mad respect. This is something extremely brave to do, it's important for him as well as for the rest of us who are concerned by that. I'm impressed and I feel kinda proud for him, I have to say

I have Bipolar disorder - I go high and I don't have the extreme lows.
Bipolar disorder is exhausting really.
They told me in therapy, during diagnosis - that I like my disorder - because it evokes creativity -
I don't medicate either
They couldn't make me do it.

He's right about the black community not having access to therapists. Not only in America but in Canada as well. Black males don't talk about mental health 30 years ago. Ye is a genius! Arguably the greatest artist of the 21st century.
I want to meet this man

I hate when people use the term crazy for referring to someone that have a mental health problem. Stop with that. People don't say anything when you have anohter health problem but when is mental health is like a person is guilty to have it.

Its true. You get idea soup. They just pour out. If you dont write them down, when you come back down, you dont even remember them, or if you do, you just cant summon the energy to execute them, and they die.
