I don't know how anyone with a brain could ever think that was good storytelling? It was irrational, illogical, self-contradicting, lacking imagination, lazily written, unintelligent, superficial, generic and just sad. It was embarrassing to the point that the show is now only remembered for how badly and unintelligently the final season was written. I know actors see it subjectively but come on. it's far from an average season, let alone a good one. Embarrassingly poorly written in every possible way.

This is just my opinion, but I get the impression Nikolaj is such good friends of D&D he's become very biased of their work and their decisions. He defends the finale with conviction but can't seem to see what the fans see. It's like he has blinkers on and he's sitting stubbornly with them on the people were never going to satisfied whatever we did fence. I just don't feel like his I thought it was great comes from a place of really seeing it for what it was.

Becauzs GRRM would've totally given you thst sappy happy cliche Disney fanfic ending with MUH DRAGONZZZ winning at the end and a nice little wedding, for good measures. The reality is, the average masses want linear cheers for good guys vs bad guys, they aren't able to process a Shakesperean tragedy.

The fact he's only been nominated twice, this season and last season, is ridiculous. He was the best actor in the show by far in season 3. That scene in the bath where he's talking about killing the mad king is perfection

It's amazing that he has the ability to speak immaculate RP English but defaults to more ropey-sounding European English normally. Obviously I know why just find it really weird haha

I think Nikolaj could be a good choice to play Joel Miller in The Last Of Us tv show. I mean I don't know about the acting and the voice but he does have the look. Just my opinion.
