I am tired of them getting beautiful black women to talk about their life experiences. I am a white guy and I TOTALLY understand your problems! (THat was bad sarcasm. But a lot of white people feel that way. We are truly ignorant of how black people are actually treated. I am sorry all black people. All people of not white heritage. I finally get it. I finally understand how bad this country's political, social and. damn. The police. There are a lot of good police out there still. But I never realized how bad this country is. George Floyd died for the wrong reason. And I will never forget him. I will never forget or ignore how corrupt this society is. I apologize for not seeing it sooner. As a a part of the white government/society, we are trained to see black people as suspect. Always. I was brainwashed. I have never been a racist. But I would say If black people did not want to go to jail, they would stop committing crimes. That is a discussting statement. It is what we white people(NOT ALL) believe. But I finally understand and can see now. George Floyd. Your death was tragic. It was terrible. I am sorry that you were killed. I will always support Black Lives Matter. My ignorance has been changed to awareness. To all black people out there. I am sorry for everything you have had to go through.

Kids live very close to the moment, and I would suggest that you wait until they ask before you answer. They don't need the load of concerns they don't have. They need to learn to tie knots, recognize poison ivy, and to whistle. The children at my school never mentioned race, so we simply didn't bring it up, because they didn't seem to notice their skin color or other kids skin color. Kids aren't racist. If they are disturbed by the news, wait until they tell you why, answer as simply as you can; always with the presumption that we should all love eachother, as well as the animals and plants around us. Life is precious. Looks like we're the only living things for a billion zillion miles around in every direction, maybe anywhere.
This issue has much to do wtih race, but it's also simply about police abusing power, and it isn't exclusively aimed at people of color, believe me. I'm old and white as snow, and half the times I've been stopped by police I have been insulted and wrongfully accused of something, seemingly by bored cops with nothing to do.

There were black people in ancient Egypt, just like there are in Egypt today, but it was not exclusively a black civilization. Black people in ancient Egypt were in the south where the Nubian influence was stronger (again, like today, and Nefertiti was not black. Modern Egyptians are the indisputable descendants of the ancient Egyptians. All of this is backed up by credible evidence and not Afrocentrist revisionist history.
