I was just waiting to see his shoes. I remember watching him wear formal shoes in the funeral episode of Ted Lasso where he is so uncomfortable in shoes and ends up wearing Rebecca's slippers. I could relate to that so much.

The word soccer is short for Association Football which the English used (to differentiate itself from association rugby, or ruggers. It then carried over to the US, but once the word became synonymous with football the English stopped using it simply for the fact Americans were using it.

In Australia and the USA football are two completely different sports. When you are in Europe or South America its football but in those countries it's soccer. Besides you aren't going to care about sports your country is crap in.
