Not sure about that opener. Surely just a note on the bins saying can we please dispose of these 2? Is it. Not making TV airtime out of it. The bin men are right surely not to have thrown away some bins without prior instruction. They are, after all, bins. What happens if they throw away any and all bins on their route? Complaints of over zealousness that's what.
