this is strange. why is a white man conducting a show where you ask other white people if they have black friends? im a black woman and in a country where my community is overlooked EVERYDAY, not only does this feel performative but its straight up weird. you dont go up to people and ask if they have white friends so why do it to black people? were not some type of trophy to keep.

People shouldn't be worried about the color of their friends as if they have to fill some sort of quota. its about having good friends. I'm happy just to even have one friend. I've had lots of friends of different races in the past and sadly lost contact with them after high school: ( it's not always easy for people to make friends.

The US has this incredible fascination with skin color and talking about it. It's super weird looking in. And even stranger, you can't talk about certain topics without getting cancelled but liberals and republicans alike love to focus on skin color.

I can list so many. Like genuine friends. More aquaintances. I just moved to a place where it seems more segregated with friend groups so it's different to see. Very different.
