Per IRS: The taxpayer not the return preparer must pay the additional taxes and interest and may be subject to penalties. So, he's ultimately responsible for any fraud if he signed the papers. - But he knows that, he's just gaslighting the MAGAs, assuming they don't.

Nice try Don. The accountants aren't on trial for their calculations YOU are on trial for furnishing them and others with knowingly fraudulent information with which to base their calculations on and you have already been found liable for that fraud and may yet be held criminally accountable.
