If all the cases are linear in scope, connected by that singular narrative of election interference on January 6th, then they would be federal and all multiple counts or charges in the same trial jurisdiction or scope, and he could have all of them dismissed on the same day, fly home to Florida for a round of golf at sunset. He has to right to enter a plea, argue his case. If not convicted on so many unrelated things meant only to bar him from public office, then he is allowed to verbally defend his campaign for reelection as platform issues.
