It's always nice to see someone with such incredible skill get mainstream attention. She is unquestionably the most skilled new artist this year, but the Grammy for Best New Artist has a way of cursing its winners with obscurity. For that reason, I hope she doesn't get the Grammy, but gets a LOT of new fans from performing at the ceremony. That's a better predictor of long term success, imo.

The trouble RAYE has is that her benchmark for this song is when she sang it at The Royal Albert Hall and although she sings it differently every single time cases like this she overdoes it. It's really messy in parts. If she sang it like at The Royal Albert Hall she would have completely blew people's minds.

Wow! That was INCREDIBLE. The music, the instruments, the lyrics, the emotion, AND THOSE VOCALSSSSSS! This is my first experience of Raye and her music and instantly I AM WON OVER. I’m a newfound Raye fan. That was amazing

It's unforgivable that Raye was not nominated and won a Grammy for best album of the year 2023. My 21st Century Blues is perfect. Shame on You, Recording Academy!

When I first heard her singing, I was saying, 'She sounds like someone I like. ' I couldn't remember, then I remembered Amy Winehouse. I love her style.

Raye is very good, and clearly influenced by the immortal Amy Winehouse. I think we will see more singers under the magical spell of Amy.

Look at Rays back stories. She has written for the stares, look it up you wouldn't believe it. Know a star in her own right.
