This show was great and I don’t know why it was given a hard time by some. These sick men shouldn’t be messing with young kids in the first place. TCAP exposed these guys and the show should make a comeback. And with the politician that ended his life, he could have damaged the kid for the rest of their life. Good riddance, a pedophile gone! Any you tube fans need to check out Mista GG and his take on the series. The guy is hilarious

You forgot to mention the real reason the show was even created. NBC execs were getting flack over how Dateline was reporting the Iraq war. Meaning, President George Bush Jr. and his lackeys didn't like it. The solution was to replace that coverage with something new. That ended up being To Catch A Predator.

As much as I despise the people caught, the decoys in the yahoo chat rooms were sharks in a fish bowl. It was obviously they were adults, they'd get you chatting then say they're under age. Then they would do everything they could to keep you chatting with them!

They really could keep this show going. I think cities don't like these strings because it will capture people they know and if you have a high rate of predators, you will be known as a pedo city.
