It all makes more sense then people think the piece of the symbiote probably got dropped off in the MCU and in the venom verse people have to realize the multiverse is at play here. The guy at the bar isnt the he same bar tender he looks the same but he isn't the same bar tender, also mordo is is mordo in the MCU. He can play a a different character in the venom verse, because the venom movie are set in there own universe you have to remember venom is in the same multiverse but the not same universe. Marvel has done a terrible job explaining the multiverse. cause marvel can't explain it right, but I am right now. A multi verse is a collection of universes that can be the following: the can be alternate, similar, almost exact same, same with minor differences and or completely different, universes: these multiple different universe's have there own unique timelines and historical events and differences and history. The word multi in multiverse stands for multiple. Hence multiple universes that a character or character reside in. And there are an infinite number of them. So for example The actor who played mordo can also play this character in venom because it's not the MCU it's a alternate universe he's Taylor Orwell in the venom films I hope this helps

At the end of No Way Home, Eddie left a symbiote piece. When he arrived in the alternate universe he encounters the same guy, but a variant, he also manages to leave another symbiote piece. Meaning Venom is shedding much like he did in the Carnage movie. I guess it becomes more prominant as he sheds symbiotes in alternate dimensions building a hive mind throughout multiple universes to anchor himself in.

we saw Tom hardys venom in the MCU 616 universe, and he left a piece behind what if that was variant of the Tva that came, and took that symbiote that venom left behind, and the Tva brings venom to battleworld with the avengers for secret wars

They could easily retcon the venomverse not being in Andrews universe, they have screwed everything up a hundred times before so I would not be surprised if that was Doctor Conners after he got returned from No Way Home living his BEST LIFE!
