Basically, the original lines work better in context, in the movie. While the quoted versions work better stand-alone. For example, No, I am your father doesn't make sense by itself, but makes sense in the movie dialog. But Luke, I am your father works better by itself.

I've never heard anybody misquote Field of Dreams with the lineBuild it and they will come. The whole meaning behind the line Build it and he will come is that the he the voice is referring to is Ray's father not the Chicago White Sox.
