Stan lee didn't do shit but take credit for other people's ideas. Stop praising him like he's some genius character creator. He didn't create not one original characters and the few he did create were all ripoffs of other characters. Jack Kirby is actually the one that created Marvel, Stan just took all the credit because he was his boss. The most Stan did was create a few storylines and even then they were shitty and he would blame others for the story being ass or fan backlash. Just like the death of Gwen Stacy. It was his idea that nobody wanted to do but he made them then when there was backlash he blamed everybody else. He even mentions this in an interview and laughs about one of the dudes he lied on getting death threats. Dude is a fraud.

It's annoying how much this video glosses over the work of Jack Kirby. I don't buy the line that Stan 'stole' the characters from Jack, that's not the case, all the evidence suggests they worked together. However, Jack was the artist and designed how most of the characters look. Kirby's style is still an influence how the Marvel films look even now, it was so strong and distinctive. I don't want to run Stan Lee down - his ability to play the media can't be underestimated in the story of Marvel's success - but Kirby is just as important. They were an amazing team for an incredible decade that made Marvel what it is.

You guys should Do a piece on where Stan Lee is now. How deplorable and how destitute his situation is after his wife passed. I am not critsizing negatively, just saying that most people are enjoying his work and do not know how he is being abused and how what's left of his fortune is being fought over, with out big benefiting industry juggernauts like Disney are benefiting and can do so much for him by just snapping a finger. pun intended. Stan (The Man) Lee is awesome. He made reading comics great, And Saturday. mornings great, He made comic reading so cool back when I was kid. And it totally great that it has continued on with a whole new generation. .Hey Looper you should do one Jack Kirby since his artwork also made Marvel great, He was little before my time, But he also should not be forgotten by comics readers.

March of 2063 Iron Man, may of 2062 the hulk, August of 2062 Spiderman, September of. 2063 the X-Men, June of 2038 Man of steel, November of. 2061 the fantastic four, and the avengers, all younger versions of each these, according to the years they we're introduced A hundred years ago. and 2063 for the avengers, and wonder woman 2041, with a younger casts.

Yea, I still think he is a nice adaptation in the universe, but Downey is the man for me for sure. all the marvel movies without Tony Stark are hardly watchable (except Ragnarok.

Screw Stan lee without Jack Kirby there would be no Marvel also let's not forget Kirby's family had to take Marvel to court over many Disputes where Stan lee has taken most of the credit for himself so much that not everyone know's who Jack Kirby is thanks to Stan lee
