Yes I know he was made by Stark but that's just an excuse as to why Ultron here is much different than his comic and cartoon counterparts. They should show a couple mild Stark mannerisms but then for the rest of the film have Ultron completely suppress those mannerisms and thus becomes the rage filled yet cold and calculating villain from the comics and is then ACTUALLY scary.
I never truly felt Ultron had victory in his grasp. Imagine if the film was a bit longer and after the fight in Wakanda the Avengers go back to the tower then Ultron has assembled the masters of evil (abomination, Crossbones, Baron Strucker (who has a cybernetic arm which shoots electricity/drains life energy) Wanda and Quicksilver) the Avengers and the masters have a big fight at Avengers tower and then Vibranium Ultron shows up (he stole the cradle and built a new body before the Avengers got back) with an army of Ultron drones.
The team is forced to retreat and Thor stays behind to hold off as many as he can but all the drones fire a concentrated beam at him which destroys the entire top of the tower and takes Thor down for the count.
I feel that this would bring the feeling that Ultron is 3 steps ahead the whole film and it isn't until the end where they transform him into vision that Ultron is caught off guard.

The villains of the movie will be the Mcu Masters of evil. Due to the fact that the avengers & captain marvel are time traveling, it's a possibility that they go back into the past to take the previous versions of the stones & battle their previous owners to make their reversal plan; Ronin - Power Loki - Space Ultron- Mind Dark elf or The collector - Reality Vormir - Soul Malaketh or Masters of the mystic arts - Time while Thanos is in the back drop of the film slowly catching on to their plan and trying to stop them

Big hint. In the comics, during the Civil War at Marvel, Anihilus invades a large portion of the Galaxy, and Nova saves the day. Right afterwards ULTRON transmits his mind into space and takes over a techno organic civilization called the Phalanx, and uses them to take over the parts of the galaxy that were weakened by Anihilus, and nearly makes his way towards Earth. It's a pretty bad-ass story. I highly recommend reading it if you can get your hands on it. It's where the newest version of the Guardians of The Galaxy first form.

Regrettably, I was rather disappointed by _Avengers Age of Ultron_, and in particular I simply didn't like the way he looked. The face moving around the way it did seemed weird and unnecessary, even though one might appreciate the lengths the designers went to on that aspect. In the comics Ultron seems menacing and powerful, and crackling with energy; but the cinematic Ultron didn't have presence -- gravitas -- the way, for instance, Thanos had. I wish they could have achieved that.

Ultron deserved better than his movie debut. The guy's face if altered a little can be terrifying to kids and that's what we want! This metal machine with only one facial expression where it leaves you guessing on what's his next move and mood. Ultron is calculating and always angry. Intimidating. Deadly. His movie self joked around, didn't exactly look scary as he's supposed to and was finished off in one movie. Ultron cannot be defeated that easily!

Making him quippy and surrounding with a bunch of easily destroyed robot henchmen turned him into a much less unique and less terrifying villain. Check out the Avengers cartoons to see a better version of this character.

Can ultron please return! Hes by far the greatest villain, the way he talks, his poetic determination, even escaping into other parts of the system is so badass! Ultron needs to return. After all the Disney controversy with Bri Larson, Im done with marvel after endgame. The only reason I would see another mcu movie was if ultron returned.

Ultron to me is the best Villain on-screen ever designed. I remember the trailer blew me away the first time I saw him. I think they should make an Ironman movie with Ultron since AI seems to be such a big topic now-a-days. More along the line of Ultron trying to gain real consciousness in a machine, Tony Stark having to outsmart Ultron.

There was so much loss potential and the script has it never explored in detail the idea of AI run amok. The original voice over from the trailers there are no strings on me got me so excited but by the end of it he was nothing more than a basic bad guy villain and his origin had little to do with anything he did his motivation or his character

Given that Age of Ultron currently sits as pretty much a stand-alone film in the MCU, I'm 100% sure Ultron is not dead, will make a resurgence and will play a bigger part. Perhaps even as soon as Endgame. It just doesn't make sense to have a random new villain that disappears within one film, in the middle of the entire Thanos plot.
