i think they are testing the waters. if this doesn't fail, there will be more Pokemon movies. i'm guessing they will go along with the OG story. Ash, Brock, and Misty, then go from there. im guessing it will start with those three, then it will evolve all the way to the more recent characters and it will be all of them against the one big bad guy. kinda like Harry Potter.

I really hope they show an episode of the anime in theaters, instead of the usual movie trailers. It would be a fun nostalgia trip for those who grew up with the anime and a nice introduction to those who havent watched it before. Also I love that you featured some shots of the World Championships at the beginning of this video

You're wrong. The original Mortal Kombat earned worldwide acclaim when it was launched back in the 1990's. The movie version was faithful to the source material, faithful to the game, and faithful to the characters. The follow up sequel was trash. They should have spent more time on it.

Why is _Prince of Persia_ never mentioned as a video game movie? People always go way back to Mario (which was awful) or to the most recent, like Warcraft or Assassins Creed (neither of which I've seen, but I've heard they were passable. Prince of Persia was a good video game movie!

If you play the game you'll pretty much realize what the sequel would be about, Pikachu decides to stay where he's at which still resolved the issue of returning Tim's dad to where he was before. The sequel will give us the answers that the first game did not give us

I beg your pardon sir! As a child, I thought that the super mario brothers movie was hilarious! (Obviously I see the flaws as an adult but that's not the point lol) I think that it should be a cult classic but it shouldn't be taken too seriously.
