Small Things You Probably Missed In Hellboy Anton: Pointless comic references: the movie. If you think that you can win me over just because you shoved a crap ton of images from the comics in your movie, you're highly mistaken, movie. I love Hellboy comics. But I love them not for the images (which are gorgeous, thanks to Mike Mignola's and his collaborator's brilliant artwork); I love them for the well developed, slowly build characters and stories. Which is something you did not have. Learn from Chris Nolan on how to adapt comics. You put a story or an image from the comic in a movie because it develops the story or its character, not because it's cool.

Hellboy, was packed with a fiercely fast paced action horrifying monster movie! I loved this movie, it did not hold anything back. Hellboy, showed Blood, Guts, Pain, Devastation, Destruction, and slaughter. Hellboy, was AWESOME, KICKASS, THRILLING, angry joe! Hellboy, was everything that Lara Croft, Venom, Suicide squad, Virus, Spider Verse, Ant-Man, Solo, The Shape of Water, Blade Runner 2049, The Mummy, The Dark Tower, VALERIAN, Wonder Woman, and the Avengers should have been. Hellboy, is not a sensitive, feely, cupcake, or SNOWFLAKE, movie. Thank God, somebody restored my faith in movie making cinema!

I enjoyed the movie was how i expect to see him not child friendly version. I will admit the gore was excessive. People who are trashing it this much are all a bunch of idiots who are just using other peoples opinions to make themselves sound with it. It was a damn sight better then hellboy 2 but wasnt as good the 1st movie but still very enjoyable and a good portrayal of him IMO

Concentrate on all the little things people might have missed, but should be talking about the HUGE things that the company making this movie missed, like a coherent plot, a good script, decent humor, decent cgi effects, and oh yeah, making the characters at least somewhat likable. The pig guy was probably the best part of the movie and most likable character.

I think if the film didnt go with a lot of story lines and kept it with a couple of stories, had more time with the characters, the film could have gotten better reviews, Hellboy was good, Harbour knocked it out of the park as Hellboy, the end could have used a little fighting than we saw like Hellboy fighting those huge ass demons but I loved the film

say what you want about the movie, But it was really close to honoring and adapting the source material. I feel really bad about how its release turns out, you can clearly tell everyone involved gave it their best shot. id like to think that Hellboy is one of those properties that is just complicated to bring to the big screen.

People who read the books will love seeing the story put on film.
Otherwise, it wasnt much to write home about. Felt a bit rushed in the editing. Probably would have been better if they stretched the existing scenes to a 3 hour movie.
Action scenes were excellent though

People only complaining cause they werent old enough to buy tickets. This is more towards the comic books rather than the movies. Its darker and gorier. Everyone likes Shazam cause its another super hero movie directed towards kids

Totally enjoyed the movie. The designs were sick and definitely felt more in line with what it should be as opposed to Del Toros vision. It's obviously flawed but that didn't really stop me from being entertained.

This wasn't the greatest but it was enjoyable. People be sucking on the 2004 versions peen instead of letting this one be its own. No one seems to just enjoy movies anymore they wanna pick everything apart.
