Unless HBO has defended every case of such an act against Game of Thrones or any of their other property rights, they have no case. This is called reckless abandonment of IP. An organization that looks the other when one party uses their creation cannot suddenly cry foul when someone else does. In the former case, they are in alignment with the user and in the latter they are not. Law is not political, it is just. HBO has to justly defend its IP 100% of them time with the same vigor or risk losing in court when they object to a single instance.
In this case, HBO has no case. They have allowed various IPs to be used HBO was formed in the 1970's.

If HBO were to take legal action against President Trump, then they would need to take legal actions against the thousands, if not millions, of meme pages and random people that have a GoT style font for other things also. If they didn't do so it would make it look as if they were just trying to make a political statement

Even republicans have to be able to see that we now have a president that no one wants to be associated with. Every president Ive been alive for before him was always seen as one of the most honorable men in the country. Invited everywhere! Trump has to invite himself. Then people are like HE WASNT INVITED!

But if we the people recreate the exact same memes and release them on the internet, will HBO do anything about it? No? Even if it is the President, it seems like a case of injustice if one person is punished while the other is not for committing the exact same action.
