ok, I've come to the conclusion that i accept her death (not saying I'm done mourning her)
but
i have a hope that she'll be brought back. technically, it's possible through two ways:
1. At the end of Endgame, we saw Star Lord searching for Gamora, and it was neither a negative conclusion nor a positive. One thing is for sure: GOTG3 will have the Gaurdians, at some point, looking for Gamora (if not it being the whole theme of the film. Natasha and Gamoea are both trapped in the Soul Stone, so they could find a way to get them both back.
2. Simple! Through the Multiverse.
But, if neither happened, I'll only be mildly annoyed. She can rest in peace, she saved half of humanity, cleared her name.

Idk. Clint was killing gangsters and thugs and kingpins out of grief of his innocent family and being pissed that those bad guys weren't snapped. He went off the deep end, sure. Natasha was spy, which means she probably had to dispatch even innocent people as well as kill just as many bag guys. I personally think Natasha was the best choice to make the sacrifice, just by factoring the innocents she's probably killed.
Thinking on it now, Natasha not having a funeral was a dick move just to give Tony a proper send off cuz he was the character that REALLY got the ball rolling on the MCU juggernaut and not Nat.
It's weird that a 3 hour movie couldn't spare a few minutes for a small funeral for Nat.

But it wasn't an arc. An arc is a change in character. Black Widow's whole mission was to get rid of the red in her ledger, meaning she would have been willing to sacrifice herself in any of the films, as long as it meant she would get rid of the red. Therefore it is not an arc. An arc would be something that showed that she got rid of that red. For example, they could take something from the comics and have her pick up Mijolnir. We all could guess that Cap would pick it up because of that scene in Age of Ultron, but I thought that they were teasing that Nat could pick it up because of her refusal to try in Age of Ultron. I'm disappointed Marvel! At least throw her a funeral for all her troubles!

After watching Endgame I realized the one who took the lead when everybody felt defeated was Black Widow. While its understandable that some people are mad bcoz only ironman having all the attention, its also understandable that black widow not having anything. for now. I mean she's having a solo movie that is the tribute for her in MCU don't you think? They made the right choice, bcoz even if natasha didn't die then you see her in a solo movie and after that continue fighting with new heroes, do you think people would remember her? No, She will just look like a side character in every movie.
So yeah. that's my opinion i don't mean to start any fanwars

She sacrificed herself for the biggest reason of all, to let Hawkeye live, so he could return to his family. She had faith that they would be able to reverse the snap, even without her. And if that happened, she didn't want his family to be without him. Most of all, she wanted him to return to his family and find peace. And when he returned to his family, that was a form of tribute to her sacrifice. Because we knew that it wasn't in vain, that the love she had for then would help get back with each other.

Found a way not to sacrifice one of their members. Maybe sacrifice a loved one from the past who was already dead in the future ( uh Thor has a lot of loved ones he couldve sacrificed for the soul stone cough cough Loki ) I get they did this for writing purposes but again you leave a black hole in the marvel universe. And you forget A -force because Widow it would bomb. I was very disappointed with the black widow death.

I don't believe the character is done yet because if she really is done they wouldn't bother about the upcoming black widow movie whether it's an origin or back on track present day. I think Marvel studios is trying to make us think that the character isn't done and they did that by not showing us her funeral which makes some people wander and i think that the black widow movie probably would be an origin story which does say on IMDB then after that movie they might bring her back in present day somehow but they need a miracle for that but if you really think about it ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

Its a nice choice of character in vormir for the soul stone. Hawkeye and Black widow, because they have no powers. They race to be the first to jump that abysm to claim the soul stone and to die. But it tells me in the scene that how important she is to sacrifice their own life for the sake of avengers and humans. Then suddenly enters in my mind that she is the exchange Gamorra in that scene. Blackwidow is the true soul not the souls stone. Its very sad that the first avengers who met first is Ironman and Blackwidow and in the end they are the last and the end. R. i. p.

if her death scene is controversial then Im Iron Man. For shits sake, I bet if Hawkeye was the one who died it wouldnt be controversial, even though it should be. Black Widows death makes more sense for her story and Hawkeyes. That last stain of red in her ledger was her debt to him. He spared her despite all shed done and now the time came where she had to do the same for him. She died utterly free of all guilt. Controversial my ass. People just have no appreciation for good storytelling as long as all their favorite characters stay alive.
