Some people actually believe there is NO CENSORSHIP in the United States of America. Talk about inocent and deluded.
There is a Comics Code (never say the c-word, also a Motion Picture Association of America (again, never say the C-word). watch documentary This Film is Not Yet Rated (2006, wake up and smell the coffee. TO HELL WITH CENSORSHIP!

We think of animated shows as harmless kids' fare
Only in America; in the rest of the world, people recognize the simple fact that like any other medium, animation can be used to tell any kind of story. But after all, even we have kid-unfriendly crap like The Simpsons and Family Guy.

If you're a goddamn Boomer, then yeah, I guess.
How about you not keep spreading this ignorant outlook around? It's ridiculous how long America has been stuck in the Animation Age Ghetto, we should have been past this point a decade ago.

Lol gargoyles touched on gun control? The lady cop left her gun loaded in the holster hanging up, rather than locking it up. But sure guns are bad, it's totally not who handles them or anything. :: sets gun on table: : be good gun dont let someone pick you up and shoot people. >. >

The English voice actress for Jesse and Misty refused to dub her lines for her characters so that no English speaker had to witness that scene and you guys just throw it in there without a care in the world. Maybe give a warning or use a still image of the scene?

The irony about the Dudley Doo Right banned episode was the cartoon was never aired in Canada. I remember the makers of The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show saying they could never sell the cartoons to Canada, probably due to their Mounties being mocked.

The Sailor Moon cutting was due to the fact that at the time of airing American studio's didn't realize that the show was actually for 13+. They just saw a cartoon and thought 'oh this is for kids' dumbed down the show to the point that it is 7+.

Do you remember Leap Frogs from Rockos Modern Life? It was banned due to filthy humors, marital issues, and adultery in which Bev seduce Rocko. She was a raper and a pervert who likes cute and handsome men and even though she was married.
