Instead of repackaging an existing character just to give minorities a black version of Ironman, Marvel should create a new unique character. Marvel however has barely made any uniques since the 80's. Most of the new heroes are really just repackaged tokens that can be tossed to some group just to please them. Squirrel Girl or Quake are the only two off the top of my head who could be argued as unique, but that's scraping the bottom of the barrel.
Gone are the Chris Clairemont days when a minority character like Storm was done right. Their background was well written, and they earned our loyalty. Storm should be in the MCU just so we can have the Black Panther romance.

Riri was created for diversities sake and is a ridiculous idea that spits in the face of Stark's back story. Tony Stark only got his armour going because he had the genius intellect and the motivation, COUPLED with his father's legacy: a multi billion dollar weapons company with it's automated design and craft systems and AI. I don't think this new girl will be accepted, because just being clever enough to enter MIT and having stolen a few bits n bobs can't cut it for on-screen realism. If Kevin messes with the MCU, despite Riri clearly being forced into canon, certain movies will flop. and that will endanger continuity. Suri would make more sense, at a stretch, she has access to a whole (rich) nation, and has forges and metals. Be warned, Kevin.

This report was fine, until Looper pushed the fake news agenda that fans are clamoring for Iron Heart on screen. Iron Man had some truly great film moments, but for hardcore Iron Man fans there is a lot of disappointing movie messes as well. I don't know anyone in the world outside my window who wants Riri, a recently created agenda-vehicle, to make an appearance in the MCU. The only worse idea comes from film-yuppies who believe that Iron Man 3 kid or Endgame kid should become Iron Man, maybe because it's the simplest continuity connection they can make based on what they saw in theaters. Real diversity & mass appeal is a good thing, but this shill reporting & virtue signaling is not.

You just cant replace iron man in movies likes this. Time to move on too new characters and integrating the xmen into the mcu. If iron man is to be replaced though theirs only 3 choices the boy from iron man 3 meh, Tony stark's daughter which is a long ways away, pepper pot in her blue armour temporarily till her daughter replaces her. Pepper in place to run the avengers on earth while fury is on the space station also

I wouldnt want Iron Heart to be apart of the MCU with her own movies and everything, to me that seems like a ridiculous notion to assume and a terrible idea. I would however want to see Iron Heart have her own television series along with the other shows being planned for the Marvel Cinematic Universe but focused only on her and the death of Iron Man, thatd be pretty neat. A little spin-off show!

Now I have been saying this since Endgame. To me it is becoming more clear after the big reveal at the end of Far From Home. There is a Stark made suit for a woman, Peter has the Tech and MJ needs protecting. A young black girl taking on the Iron Mantel. Who in the MCU would fit that description other than MJ. (Black Panther's sister has access to better tech she understands more)

Next year is only gonna be prequels anyways. Black Widow and Eternals (but maybe there will be a 3rd movie. I think there is no fortunate coincidence, they must've planned it so they could have a new movie in 2021 that is still set in 2024 so they make the gap between mcu year and real year smaller

No one would want iron heart, at least on the viewers side. It makes way more sense to use someone who has already been partially introduced and had interactions with Ironman as an inventor or genius to take on the role rather than some fan fiction hack.
