How about when Tony called Thor Lebowski. Which means he's seen The Big Lebowski starring Jeff Bridges when his mentor and Iron Man 1 villain Obadiah Stane is played by the same actor? I would guess in this case Obadiah might say You know, back in the day before I got my act together and started working with your father I probably looked a lot like that Lebowski.

I prefer the idea that the particular actor doesn't expect in to h he MCU and their part was played by someone else. Maybe that gets contradicted somewhere? Allows for fun mental recasting: )
